摘要
以异体垂体前叶植入的方法制造大鼠慢性高催乳素血症模型，研究人参茎叶皂甙（ＧｉｎｓｅｎｇＳｔｅｍａｎｄＬｅａｖｅＳａｐｏｎｉｎ，ＧＳＬＳ）对高催乳素血症大鼠催乳素（Ｐｒｏｌａｃｔｉｎ，ＰＲＬ）的作用。结果是：垂体前叶移植大鼠血清ＰＲＬ升高而原位垂体ＰＲＬ含量降低，ＧＳＬＳ则使高催乳素血症大鼠血清ＰＲＬ水平降低，原位垂体的ＰＲＬ含量降低。上述结果提示ＧＳＬＳ对高催乳素血症大鼠催乳素分泌有抑制作用。
We investigated the effects of Ginseng Stem and Leave Saponin(GSLS) on the changes of prolactin secretion in the rat with hyperprolactinemia(HP) caused by anterior pituitary isografts under the kidney capsule The pituitary grafts increased the serum PRL concentration, GSLS can reduced the serum PRL levels in the rat with HP.All our results above indicate that GSLS can inhibitate PRL secretion in the rat with HP
