西艾克联合化疗治疗晚期乳腺癌21例临床观察

THE CLINICAL OBSERVATION ON TREATMENT EFFECTS ON 21 CASES OF ADVANCED BREAST CANCER WITH VINDESI SULFATE

用国产西艾克联合化疗ＣＭＦ或ＣＡＦ方案治疗术后复发和转移晚期乳腺癌２１例。结果ＣＲ３例，ＰＲ１１例，有效率为６６．７％。主要毒副反应为骨髓抑制和恶心、呕吐（Ⅰ～Ⅱ°）。作者认为西艾克是一种有效的抗癌新药，可作为治疗复发和转移晚期乳腺癌的治疗首选药物之一。

Twenty-one patients with postoperative recurrence and metastasis breast cancer were treated by combination chemotherapy of the CMF or CAF with VINDESIN SULFATEThe results indicate that the effective rate is 667%(CD3+PR11)The arrest of bone marrow,nausea and vomiting in (Ⅰ-Ⅱ)might be its worst toxic effectsThe author considers the agent as a new effective medicine against cancer and thus it might be one of the first choices in the treatmet of recurrent and metastasis advanced breast cacer
