动物园鸟类肠道寄生虫感染情况调查及治疗效果分析

The Investigation and Therapeutic Efficacy Analysis of Parasite Infection on Birds in Zoo

应用离心沉淀法和饱和蔗糖溶液漂浮法对郑州市动物园鸟类进行肠道寄生虫感染情况调查。对62种鸟类共110份粪便样品进行调查,查出2种寄生虫,寄生虫总感染率为20%,球虫和毛细线虫的感染率分别为18.08%和3.64%。此次调查寄生虫总感染率比2004年降低了40.31%,感染强度也明显降低;与2006年和2007年的感染情况基本一致,表明对动物园鸟类肠道寄生虫应进行长期监控。

Intestinal parasites infection of birds in Zhengzhou zoo was surveyed by using the centrifugation and Sheather＇s sugar flotation. 110 feces samples from 62 kind of birds were examined and the total infection rate was 20%. Two intestinal parasite species were discovered, Coccidia, Capillaria and the infection rate were 18.08% and 3.64%, respectively. The analysis of data indicated that the infection rates of parasites reduced by 40.31% compared with 2004 ,and the infection intensity decreased obviously;and the infection status was basically similar to 2006 and 2007. It suggested that monitoring should be taken for long-term. Above all offered reference and basis for the zoo to take correlative measures on prevention and treatment of parasitic diseases.
