结合沈阳北市历史建筑异地保护性重建设计实践,对历史建筑保护设计导则的操作过程与方法进行了探索。尝试在历史建筑保护理论和原则的指导下,从保护对象的特征要素、保护技术目标、分级保护设计标准、分类保护设计图则四方面建构历史建筑保护设计导则。最后通过保护设计导则的应用实践,对历史建筑保护设计导则的实施策略和特点进行了反思和总结。

Combining with the practices of modern historic buildings conservation and rest ruction in Shenyang,this paper researches the design guidelines process and methods for the historic buildings conversation.Based on the guidelines of theories and principles,it constructs the design guidelines for the historic buildings conversation with character elements,technical aims,level standards,style legends.In the end,it sums up the strategy and character of the design guidelines for the historic buildings conversation in the practices.
