摘要
醒脑静注射液治疗脑中风120例，采用常规甘露醇脱水、降压、控制感染等对症处理基础上，应用醒脑静注射液20ml加入5％的葡萄糖盐水250ml，静滴，每日1次，15d为一疗程，结果痊愈30例，显效52例，有效30例，无效8例，总有效率93．3％。
Xingnaojing Injection was applied for 120 patients suffering from cerebral apoplexy.After routine managements of mannitol dehydration,depressor, infection control,etc. 20ml ofXingnaojing injection with 250ml of 5% glucose saline was intravenously dripped for onetimes per day in a successesive 15 day treatment course. The result showed 30 cure cases, 52obvious effective cases, 30 effective cases and 8 no effective cases. The total effective rate is93. 3%.
