It is a small housing estate in Horni Pocernice on the outskirts of the city, not very far from the highway, in a spot, where, previously, you could drown your car in a sea of mud. It is rather a small estate; row houses, semidetached houses, detached houses and one apartment house. All the buildings rank along the main street in vertical lines, each surrounded by a spacious garden. All the houses have a very similar architectonic conception; as if they were composed of unified elements or techniques such as： white plastered brick walls, wooden casing and gabion stone casing. Gabions are used unconventionally not only on fences and battering walls, but also on the facades themselves. They are used not only on the ground floor, but in the higher floors as well, in the interior and exterior.
