摘要
祥瑞灾异是中国古代特殊的政治文化现象,其发生和出现代表着上天对君主的赞美或谴告,具有特殊的政治意涵。我国历史上的两汉魏晋南北朝时期是祥瑞灾异学说特别发达的时代,也是祥瑞灾异被频繁应用于政治生活的时代。这一时期祥瑞灾异事务的管理包括信息的收集、现象的解释和事务的处理三个层次,为隋唐时期祥瑞灾异管理的制度化打下了良好的基础。
As particular phenomena in ancient Chinese politics and culture, auspicious Omens and disaster- abnormities have acquired particular political signification, representing the eulogy or reprimand from Heaven towards the monarch. The Han, Wei, Jin and South and North Dynasties have seen the flourish of this doctrine, and are also the dynasties when auspicious Omens and disaster - abnormity are frequently applied to political life. The administration of those affairs is divided into the following three aspects: the collection, the explanation and the disposal of auspicious Omens and disaster- abnormities. As a result, this has laid down a solid foundation for the Sui and Tang Dynasties in dealing with them regularly.
