大学理念和大学文化具有包含和扩展的辩证关系。大学理念分为核心理念、办学理念和教育理念三个层次,成为大学文化的核心。对大学文化内涵、功能和结构分析后可知,营造人才辈出的氛围,形成学术自由的空间,把握继承创新的规律,发掘特色鲜明的优势是大学文化建设的目标任务。

There exists a dialectical relationship inclusion and expansion--between university philosophy and university culture. University philosophy includes three concepts--the core concept, the concept of running school and the educational concept, which become the core of the university culture. Based on the analysis of connotation, function and structure of the university culture, the objective of construction of the university culture is to create the atmosphere of ＂talented people are produced by each generation＂, to create academic freedom ,to master the law of inheritance and innovation and to make full use of the advantages with clear characteristics.
