巩膜层间填充硅胶片治疗难治性青光眼远期效果

Long-term effects of scleral laminal implantation of piece of silicon rubber

为评价硅胶片巩膜层间填充对治疗难治性青光眼的远期效果。对22例23眼难治性青光眼行巩膜层间硅胶片填充作前瞻性研究。结果平均随访时间16．3月（9～22月），治疗眼平均眼压为1．75kPa，眼压≤2．74kPa者占91．38％，8．62％的眼仍需加用药物才能控制眼压，未发现硅胶片排斥。结论巩膜层间填充硅胶片的远期效果是好的，它可以考虑替代引流性植入物。

Purpose To eveluate the long-term outcome of scleral laminal im-[lantaion of piece of silioon rubber for treating intractable glaucoma.Methods A prospective study was performed on 23 eyes of 22 patients of intractable glaucoma that underwent laminal implantation of piece of sili-con rubber from July 1995 to October 1996. Results The median follow -up was 16.3 months (rang 9 -22 months). of the treated eyes,averege intraocular pressure was 1 .78kPa 1 .78kPa. The intraocular pressure<2.74kPa accout for 91. 38%,8.62% of patients must aded medicine for controlling the intraocular pressure.No piece of siilicon rubber was re-jected. Conclusion The long - term effects of scleral liminal implantation of piece of silicon rubber were good. It can replace drainge derices.
