16PF Comparison in medical students between the freshmen and Old Students

摘要 本文用卡他尔十六种人格因素测试量表(16PF),艾森克成人个性问卷(EPQ)对我校新生(入学一月内)114名和在校的三年级大学生119名同期进行测定。发现16PF量表中A、O、Q2因子分,次级因素中感情与安详型、怯懦与果断型两个年级的学生有差异,新生较老生开朗,但对当前的处境较忧虑,独立性较差。EPQ量表中三年级学生P量表分较新生高,一年级学生中女生下量表分高于男生,说明高年级学生及一年级女生具有更多的心理问题。两个年级的男生均比女生聪慧,学习能力较强,更能适应环境。医学教育工作应针对不同的性别和年龄段区别对待。 114 freshmen(< a month in medical university)and 119 third - year university students were tested at the same time in the sixteen Personality Factor Questionnaire (16PF) and Eysenck Personality Questionnaire (EPQ) It has been discovered that clear differences exist between two grades in 16PF A,O,Q2,accessory factor,s feeling and serenity, timidnesa and decisiveness Freshmen are more optimistic than senior students, but they feel depressed with new environment and lack independence.Senior students, score of Psychoticism(P) of EPQ is higher than the freshment's, while the score of freshmen, female students is higher than male. The statistics show that the senior students have more psychology problems than the freshmen and female students have more problems than male students. Male students are brighter, have better study capabilites and are more suitable to circumstances in two grades. The authormade Questionnaire and 16PF, EPQ analyses of stepwise regression. Medicine education should be differently processed with different sex and age.
