Research on Difficulties and Countermeasures in the Implementation of Fixing Work Posts and Defining Personnel Quota in Public Hospitals

最近,人力资源和社会保障部出台指导意见,要求事业单位逐步推行定岗定编工作。笔者针对实施定岗定编工作中存在的难点进行了归纳总结,并提出了解决难点的对策。目的是与广大医院管理者进行定岗定编工作的探讨,更好更快地完成此项工作。

Recently, the Human Resources and Social Security Department issued guidance on the progressive implementation of fixing work posts and defining personnel quota in public institutions. The author will summarize the difficulties in fixing work posts and defining personnel quota and put forward countermeasures to solve the problems, in order to discuss them with hospital managers and carry through this work quickly and well.
