摘要
硬膜外腔注入糖皮质激素治疗腰椎间盘脱出症常有报道，且能收到显著疗效，为了研究两种不同新糖皮质激素作用。我们对３５例患者进行了临床观察，结果表明利美达松优点明显多于得宝松。
The dramatic effect of epidural injection of glucocofticoids in treatment of syndrome caused by prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc was reported frequently. In order to study and compare the effects of two new glucocrticoids, limethason and diprospan, we observe. 35 cases clinically, and found that limethason was far better than diprospan.
