高效聚烯烃阻燃剂BN 451的合成新工艺

摘要 报道了一种四步法合成高效聚烯烃阻燃剂BN451的新工艺,讨论了合成工艺条件对产率的影响情况,确定了最佳的合成条件,并对产品进行表征。红外谱图分析表明:存在2994、2957、2880、1438、1394、1338cm-1以及1761、1722cm-1等处目标产物的特征吸收峰;元素分析表明其实测值与理论值基本一致,进一步证明实验终产物即为目标产物。 A new synthesis method for flame retardant BN 451 was reported. The major synthesis craft conditions were investigated, and the structure of BN 451 was identified by infrared spectrum analysis (IR) and elemental analysis. The results showed that the new method was more convenience.The absorption peaks of IR spectrum at 2994,2957,2880,1438,1394, 1338,1761 and 1722 cm^-1 have proved the existence of target product, and the elemental analysis tests showed that the experimental values were almost the same with the theoretical value.which indicated that the exoeeted oroduct was synthetic.
