摘要
先秦道家的治道思想以"道法自然"为本质,以"清净为天下正"为目标,以"无为而无不为"为行为标准,以"太上,下知有之"为最高境界,构成了道家思想的管理观,即包括管理的本质观、目标观、行为观、境界观,以此构建了管理型道家的治道模式。
The essence of the thought of Taoist school in the pre-Qin days is to advocate nature , its goal is ＂State of being away ＂, its behavior standard is ＂A wise inaction smoothes the way for efficient actions ＂, its best realm is ＂the best monarch, the people know him＂. These consist of the management viewpoint of Taoist school, that is inclusive of management＇s viewpoints of goal, action , realm, which construct Taoist school model of management.
