The main issues of disciplines-building that affects the science and technology innovation in local colleges and universities were analyzed. The main ways of disciplines mechanism in local colleges and universities to adapt to the requirements of scientific and technological innovation are put forward from the aspects of funds, disciplines-building environments, cross-disciplinary integration and building high-tech platform etc.
