摘要
为了提高体育教学的有效性和合理性,对教学反思的内涵进行了论述,并通过案例分析的形式对排球技术、战术教学内容进行课前、课中和课后设计。变"授受式"教学为"启发性教学",引导学生"自主学习、学会学习",使学生的体育学习经历与体验同理性思考有机结合,最终实现"学会教学"和"学会学习"的统一。
In order to enhance PE effective teaching and rationality, the reflection on the meaning ot teaching was discussed. And through studying design of volleyball techniques and tactics of teaching content lessons before class, in class and after class, the "recipient" teaching is changed into the "inspiring teaching". It guides the students to "self-study, learning to learn" ,which can combine students' studying sports history and experience with the organic integration of rational thinking, and eventually unifies "learning teaching" and "learning to learn".
