摘要
采用文献资料、社会调查等方法,研究我国足球后备人才培养现状,发现足球后备人才培养和发展过程中的问题,并提出相应的对策,为我国足球后备人才的培养和足球运动水平的提高提供参考.
Using the method of literature and investigation, the article mainly analyzes the present situation of Soccer reserve personnel training in China, the author finds out some problems of reserve personnel training and put forward to the corresponding countermeasures.
