一种新型乙醇/汽油在线混合喷油器的研究

摘要 针对乙醇汽油抗水性较差,储运周期短的缺点,在电喷式汽油喷油器的基础上设计了一种乙醇/汽油在线混合喷油器,并对在线混合喷油器的喷射过程做了模拟计算。模拟计算结果表明,在线混合喷油器的喷射过程与电喷式汽油喷油器的喷射过程基本一致,乙醇的掺烧比例则由乙醇油道的直径和上下电磁阀开启时长的比例决定。这种喷油器可以根据发动机工况变化实时控制乙醇/汽油的混合比,这为发动机实现高效率和低排放提供了一种方式。 A new ethanol/gasoline on-line mixing injector was presented and simulated for avoiding the shortcoming of poor water resistance and short storage and transportation period of gasohol. The simulation results showed that the spray process of on-line mixing injector was similar as gasoline injector, and the proportion of ethanol was determined by diameter of ethanol tube and opening duration of up-solenoid valve and down-solenoid valve. High efficiency and low emissions of engine might be completed by changing ethanol/gasoline mixing ratio on realtime.
