摘要
介绍了全光纤干涉型传感技术原理、典型传感结构。对重要技术参数灵敏度进行了讨论。给出了典型测试系统构造方案。
The principle of optical fiber interferometric sensing technology and the typical structures of this type of sensor are explicated. The important parameter, sensitivity is discussed. Finally, the typical experimental scheme for a optical fiber interferometer detection system is introduced.
