摘要
高校教师的劳动具有劳动动机多样性、劳动过程复杂性、劳动成果滞后性等特征。传统的高校教师绩效管理忽视高校教师的劳动特征。高校教师绩效管理应基于高校教师劳动特征进行改革,以科学发展观为指导确定恰当的管理目标,做好岗位劳动分析,建立平等的管理关系,树立尊重高校教师劳动的绩效管理原则,从而优化高校教师绩效管理系统。
College teachers' labor has the features of the diversity of requirement, the complexity of process and the lag of effect. Traditional evaluation of teachers' performance ignored the college teachers' labor features. Performance management of college teachers should be based on characteristics of labor feature to reform, which should fix correct management goal based on the guidance of the scientific concept of development, and analyze the labor of the post, build the equal management relation, and set the principal of respect the performance management of the college teacher labor, thus to improve the college teachers' performance management system.
