摘要
针对我国机场噪声影响评价工作中存在的问题,采用地理信息系统和面向对象编程技术,合理选取多个噪声评价指标,开发建立机场噪声管理信息系统。按照模块化设计思路和方法,将系统分为GIS图形操作、噪声分析以及数据存储三个模块,通过方便快捷的界面操作,实现机场噪声环境影响的评价与预测,噪声数据的存储与查询,减噪模拟以及信息管理等功能。
This paper analyzes some problems in airport noise assessment. Using geography information system and multi - indexes of noise assessment, the airport noise management information system (ANMIS) is developed by means of GIS and visual program techniques. The system includes three sub- systems, namely, GIS module, noise analyzing and calculating module, and date storage module. With the supporting of these subsystems, users can actualize the following functions conveniently in the system:airport noise assessment and prediction, noise date storing and searching, noise reduction simulation, and information management.
