针对工程项目合同管理贯穿项目管理的全过程,以及合同管理的重要性,探讨了在合同决策阶段、订立阶段、执行阶段以及合同管理过程总结应考虑、应控制的要点、认为建立合同管理程序和制度使之有章可循、有法可依,通过合同管理提高项目管理效益、给企业带来经济效益和良好的社会信誉。

For the whole process of project contract management during the whole project management,as well as the importance of contract management,the highlights to be considered and control during the contract decision-making phase,signing phase and execution phase as well as contract management process are studied,and it is concluded that contract management procedures and rules should be made for implementation,so as to increase the project management performance through project contract management,in order to bring economic benefits and good social reputation.
