摘要
根据再生瓦楞纸各工序用水点及排水情况,将筛分工序的筛下排水采用投加聚合硫酸铁絮凝剂及三级混凝沉淀池处理工艺,达到压制成型工序网笼冲洗喷淋用水要求后,回用于压制成型工序网笼冲洗喷淋,压制成型工序所产生的白水则经过简单的平流沉淀池处理回用于碎浆工序,同时补充部分新鲜水用于补充在生产过程中由于产品含水、运行中蒸发及废渣中消耗用水,使整个给水和排水实现了水平衡,达到了零排放。
in accordance with the water using points in the corrugated paper regenerated process and the water discharge, undersize discharged water in the screening process is going to be reused for net -cage flushing ying in the pressing process after the flocculent of polymeric ferric sulfate is added and tertiary coagulation & spra- - sedimentation process utilized to meet the standards of the water required for net - cage flushing & spraying in the pressing process. When the white water from the pressing process will be reused in pulping process after being simply treated in horizontal sedimentation tank; some fresh water will be replenished for some water consumed due to water contained in the products, evaporation in operation and water consumption in waste residue during the production to enable waterbalance between water- feed and discharge with the zero discharge achieved.
