摘要
水是磷化工企业最重要的原材料之一,良好的水质对企业非常重要,是锅炉等重要化工设备正常运行的根本保障,而设计选用合适的水处理工艺是制备合格水质的基本条件,然而,由于锅炉水处理系统所涉及到的工序繁多,设备管线复杂,因此,施工过程中确保每一道工序的安装质量是系统稳定正常运行的根本保证。
Water is one of the most important raw materials for phosphor chemical industry. Good quality of water is very important for the enterprise, that is ultimate ensure for normal run of key chemical industrial equipments such as boiler etc. So design and selection of appropriate water treatment techniques should be essential condition for preparing qualified water. Thus, ensuring install quality of every working procedure in construct course will be essential guarantee of steady and regular running of the system, because water treatment system involves various working procedures, complex pipeline of equipments.
