摘要
目的通过针刺预处理来保护急性低氧对大鼠海马神经元的损伤作用及腺苷A1受体的表达。方法将45只SD大鼠随机分成常氧对照组、低氧组、针刺组。低氧组、针刺组(放入低氧舱之前先针刺30min)动物置于低氧舱,吸入15%的O2,30min后处死;对照组动物于常氧下处死。三组均测定海马腺苷A1受体表达水平,并对不同组大鼠海马神经细胞进行形态学观察。结果低氧组海马组织形态学显示神经元有明显的胞浆空染、核固缩现象,针刺组与正常对照组神经元无明显的胞浆空染现象;腺苷A1受体表达水平在低氧组明显降低,在针刺组显著增多,与低氧组相比有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论针刺具有保护急性低氧对大鼠海马神经细胞损伤的作用,而这种保护作用与脑组织中腺苷A1受体表达上调有关。
Objective To study the effect of acupuncture precondition on protect neuron expression of adenosine A1 -receptor in hippocampus in rats exposed acute hypoxia. Methods 30 SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group, hypoxic control group and acupuncture group, then put hypoxic group and acupuncture group exposure to hypoxia cabin for 30 minutes, normal group was exposure to normal air. Adenosine A1 - receptor was detected in all rats and the morphology of hippocampus was observed simultaneously. Results The expression level of adenosine A1 - receptor in hippocampus of acupuncture group was higher than that of in normal control group ( P 〈 0.01 ), and the expression level of adenosine A1 - receptor of hypoxia group was lower than that of in normal group. Conclusion Acupuncture can protect the neuron injury of during exposure to acute hypoxia, and it related to upregulation of adenosine A1 - receptor in brain.
