摘要
目的探讨朗格汉斯细胞(Langerhans Cell,LC)在多形日光疹(polymorphic light e-ruption,PLE)发病中的作用及其与细胞免疫的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学技术标记健康皮肤及PLE皮肤组织中LC的CD1a,观察两组组织中LC的数量、形态及分布;用透射电镜观察2例PLE患者皮损中LC的超微结构并和2例面颈部正常皮肤作比较,结果进行统计学分析。结果PLE皮损中LC的数量较正常皮肤组织明显增多,树突变长且数量增多,而且其LC中Birbeck(BG)颗粒数量显著增多,粗面内质网扩张,部分粗面内质网核糖体颗粒脱落,高尔基复合体分泌旺盛。结论LC在PLE的发病中起重要作用,在此过程中LC自身也受到不同程度的损害。
Objective To explore the effect of langerhans cell (langerhans cell, LC) and the relation between cellular immunity during the occurrence and development of polymorphic light eruption (PLE). Methods Cluster of differentiation la(CDla) expression was detected by immunohistochemical method with PLE patients and healthy skins. Tow places of PLE lesion skin and normal skin derived from face and neck were detected by trans- mission electronic microscope. Results Amount of LC and the length of its dendrite in PLE lesions was markedly increased compared with controls, In LC of PLE lesions, the number of Birbeck granules increased and rough endoplasmic retieula(RER) distended, the ribosomes on the part of RER began to fall, And secretion of Golgi complexs can also be found. Conclusion LC plays an important role in the occurrence of PLE. Furthermore, the LC was in- jured itself at the same time.
