摘要
目的了解EphA2与其配体EphrinA1在原发性肝细胞癌组织中的表达及与肿瘤血管生成的关系。方法利用免疫组化方法检测43例原发性肝细胞癌手术切除标本中癌组织、癌旁组织及正常肝组织EphA2、EphrinA1的表达,并采用CD34抗体标记计算微血管密度(MVD)。分析EphA2、EphrinA1的表达与MVD之间的相关性。结果原发性肝癌组织中EphA2、EphrinA1的表达及MVD显著高于癌旁组织及正常肝组织(P<0.05);MVD值与肿瘤直径有关(P<0.05),等级相关分析表明,EphA2、EphrinA1表达分别与MVD呈显著正相关(r=0.683,P<0.01;r=0.492,P<0.01)。结论EphA2及其配体EphrinA1在原发性肝细胞癌组织中呈特异性高表达,提示其可能参与肿瘤血管的生成。
Objective To detect the expression of EphA2 and its ligand - -EphrinAl with immunohisto- chemistry and determine the relations of angiogenesis . Methods We' ve detected the expressions of EphA2 and EphrinA1 in carcinoma , paracarcinoma and normal tissues in 43 cases with PHC(primary hepatic carcinoma)and calculated MVD(micro- vessel density) marked with CD34 antibody . The correlations between the expression of EphA2 and EphrinA1 and MVD is analyzed . Results the expressions of EphA2 , EphrinA1 in PHC tissues and MVD is significantly higher than that in paraearcinoma and normal tissues ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; MVD values are correlated with the diameters of tumors(P 〈0.05)and the expressions of EphA2 , EphrinA1 are positively correlated significantly with MVD , respectively( r = 0.683, P 〈 0. Ol ; r = 0. 492, P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion EphA2 and its ligand - EphrinA1 are specificly expressed with a high level in PHC and may take an important role in angiogenesis and maliogenesis of PHC.
