促红细胞生成素在子宫腺肌病组织的表达意义

SIGNIFICANCE OF ERYTHROPOIETIN EXPRESSION IN ADENOMYOSIS

目的观察促红细胞生成素(EPO)在子宫腺肌病异位内膜组织的表达。方法采用免疫组织化学技术检测38例子宫腺肌病(疾病组)异位内膜及34例正常子宫内膜(对照组)EPO的表达强度,并对比其差异。结果EPO在子宫腺肌病异位内膜的表达为(8.79±2.54),明显高于正常对照组的(4.26±1.99),差异有高度显著性(P<0.01);EPO在腺肌病组、正常对照组的增殖期和分泌期表达相比,差异均无显著性(P>0.05)。结论EPO在腺肌病患者异位内膜表达显著增强,提示EPO可能促进异位内膜和其周围组织的新生血管形成。

Objective To investigate the expression of erythropoietin （EPO） in adenomyosis. Methods Endometrium specimens were obtained from ectopic endometrium in 38 cases with adenomyosis and 34 normal uterus. Expressions of EPO in these paraffin embraced specimens were examined by immunohistochemistry. sions of EPO in endometrium of adenomyosis were strongly higher than those in normal endometrium. Expressions of EPO in adenomyosis were （8.79±2.54）, that was significantly higher than （4.26± 1.99 ）in normal endometrial （ P 〈 0. 001 ） . Secretary and Proliferative endometrial between two teams have no significant difference（ P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion The expressions of EPO in adenomyosis was markedly increased and suggest that it may take part in the formation of newer blood vessel.
