氨基葡萄糖枸橼酸钙分散片制备工艺研究及溶出度考察 被引量:1

摘要 目的制备氨基葡萄糖枸橼酸钙分散片并考察处方工艺与体外溶出度。方法采用正交设计表L9(34)筛选处方,选用转篮法进行溶出度考察,氨基葡萄糖的溶出量采用比色法测定,枸橼酸钙的溶出量参照2005年版《中国药典(二部)》葡萄糖酸钙测定方法。结果制备的分散片崩解时间小于3min,符合分散片的各项质量指标。结论氨基葡萄糖枸橼酸钙分散片质量能达到2005年版《中国药典(二部)》的要求,分散片的溶出速度明显快于市售产品。 Objective To explore the formulation and dissolution of Glucosamine Caicium Citrate Dispersible Tablets. Methods The formulation was optimized based on the orthogonal design L9(34). The dissolution of glucosamine was measured using the rotating basket method as well as colorimetry. The dissolution of caicium citrate was measured by virtue of the determination for caicium gluconate in Chinese Pharmacopoeia. Results The disintegration of Glucosamine Caicium Citrate Dispersible Tablets occurred within 3 min, met the criteria of dispersible tablets. Conclusion The quality of Glucosamine Caicium Citrate Dispersible Tablets meets the criteria in Chinese Pharmacopoeia (2005 version),and the dissolution rate is faster than marketing tablets.
