摘要
针对乙醇汽油的相分离问题,选择了异丁醇等多种助溶剂单独或混合实验,研究了助溶剂对乙醇汽油的增溶效果。结果表明:助溶剂能够明显改善分层问题,改善效果排序为:异丁醇/二乙二醇丁醚=1/1(V/V)>异戊醇/二乙二醇丁醚=1/1(V/V)>异丁醇≈异丁醇/异戊醇=1/1(V/V)>异戊醇≈叔丁醇/二乙二醇丁醚=1/1(V/V)>叔丁醇>丙酮>异丁醇/丙酮=1/1(V/V)。
Aim at the problems of phase separation of ethanol gasoline, many kinds of cosolvents such as isobutyl alcohol were selected to experiment by oneself or mixing. The experiment investigated the effect of adding some cosolvents to increase the solubility of ethanol gasoline. The results showed that cosolvents could obviously improve the problem phase separation of ethanol gasoline. The ordering relation of improvement effect was isobutyl alcohol / diethylene glycol butyl ether=1/1(Volume ratio)〉isoamylol/diethylene glycol butyl ether=1/1 (Volume ratio)〉isobutyl alcohol=isobutyl alcohol/isoamylol-1/1 (Volume ratio)〉isoamylol≈tertiary butyl alcohol/diethylene glycol butyl ether=1/1(Volume ratio)〉tertiary butyl alcohol〉acetone〉isobutyl alcohol/acetone= 1/l (Volume ratio).
