摘要
文章从悬浮聚合引发剂的选择、分析,介绍了105 m3聚合釜使用国产TX23/TX36复合引发剂替代EHP单一引发剂生产PVC SG-7型树脂的情况。采用国产复合引发剂不但解决了悬浮聚合反应后期的超温超压现象,还提高了聚合釜的生产能力,降低了树脂成本,提高了产品在市场上的竞争力。
The production of PVC paper analyzed SG-7 resin in and introduced the use of TX23/TX36 composite initiator instead of EHP single initiator in the 105 m3 polymerizer from the choice of initiator in suspension polymerization. Use of domestic composite initiator not only solved the ultra-temperature and hyper-pressure in the later of suspension polymerization reaction, but also enhanced the capacity and reduced the cost, maintained stable operation and improved the competitiveness of the product on the market.
