摘要
文章研究了简易法测定口香糖中茶多酚的含量,最佳吸收波长为274 nm。该方法的平均回收率为95.1%~102.2%,相对标准偏差小于0.29%,测得口香糖样品中茶多酚含量为9.392 g/kg。实验表明,简易法可应用于口香糖中茶多酚含量的测定,同时又是一种快速测定方法,易于推广。
In the paper, a facility method for the determination of tea polyphenols in cachou was studied. In the facility method, the best absorption wave length was 274 nm. The experiment obtained the recoveries range from 95. 1% to 102.2 % and the relative standard deviation was less than 0.29 %, quantity of tea polyphenols in cachou was 9.392 g/kg in the facility method. These results showed that the facility method was feasible, and it was a fast determination by the spectrophotometric method, and it was easy to operate.
