摘要
在0.008~0.040 mg/mL线性范围内,建立以硝酸铝-亚硝酸钠为显色剂,紫外分光光度法测定山楂总黄酮含量方法。结果表明,该法简便易行、快速、准确。并对山楂总黄酮的乙醇提取工艺进行了研究,优选出最佳山楂提取工艺为乙醇浓度为60%,回流提取2次,每次1.5~2 h。
Within 0.008-0.040 mg/mL linear range, the author aimed to set up an analytical method of UV spectrophotometric determination of total flavonoids in hawthorn, using aluminum nitrate sodium nitrite as chromogenic reagent. The results showed that the method was simple, rapid and accurate. The ethanol extraction process of the total flavonoids in hawthorn was also studied, optimizing for the best extraction process of hawthorn ethanol concentration was 60 % with reflux extraction twice, 1.5-2 h each time.
