当前大学生群体行为存在规律性、过程性、可控性、矛盾性等特征,大学生中非正式组织多种多样、以情感为纽带、活动方式简单多样,且具有一定的社会影响力,高校辅导员应该摸清各个组织的特点,并合理运用这些组织,提高应对大学生群体性事件的能力。

This paper hopes to be a guide by analyzing features of mass incident and non-official organizations in universities as well as probing approaches of improving advisors＇ ability to take advantage of non-official organizations to deal with mass incident of college students.
