软式排球运动开展的时间短,所采用的教材及教学方法大都沿用了硬式排球,并未形成自己的教学模式、技术风格等。这就有必要对其技术特点、组织形式和教学方法等进行研究,以使软式排球的教学质量更高,效果更好。

The soft volleyball event has been developed in such a short time that most of its teaching materials and teaching methods still followed the traditional hard volleyball event . As a result, the unique teaching model of soft volleyball event hasn＇ t formed , and the technological style as well . In order to solve these problems and improve the teaching quality , it is necessary for us to do some research into its technological characters, organizing forms and teaching methods. Through analyzing the existing problems , the paper tries to find out a proper ways to solve them and provide a certain suggestions to carry out the soft volleyball event＇ s teaching.
