摘要
考虑光线在微透镜衍射层中的实际光程,本文对现有的衍射微透镜设计公式进行了改进,提出一种精确的衍射微透镜设计方法。按照精确的光程差方法和现有方法分别具体设计了微透镜面形。并用衍射叠加积分方法进行了成像质量分析和比较。
Based on consideration of the actural optical path in diffractive segment, a strict method for designing diffrraction lenses is proposed.The micro lens is disigned by the method of the pricise optical path and the exiting one,respectively. The image quality is analysed and compared using superposition integral of diffraction, too.
