摘要
近年来，大量外商直接投资流入中国房地产市场，FDI对房地产价格上涨作用较为明显。基于1999—2006年省际面板数据，分析FDI对中国房地产价格的影响，计算出各个要素对房地产价格的增长贡献程度。结果显示，FDI与房地产价格有正相关关系，FDI是中国房地产价格上涨的原因之一，并针对FDI对中国房地产价格上涨的影响提出了建议。
In recent years, large sums of capital from foreign direct investment （FDI） rushes into the real estate market of China, which pushes the increase of real estate price. The paper analyzes the influence of FDI on real estate price in China based on panel data of provincial level from 1999 to 2006,and the influence of different factors which lead to the price increase of real estate market are measured. The results show that positive correlation exists between FDI and real estate price, and FDI is one of the reasons which lead to the price increase of real estate in China. Some suggestions on the topic are proposed by the authors.
