摘要
通过对ＣＩＳ膜喇曼谱的研究，找到膜的生长条件，组份比和膜的结构之间的关系。我们在实验中，用不同组份的ＣｕＩｎＳｅ２膜进行喇曼谱的测量，发现了与Ｙａｍａｎａｋａ所得到的不尽一致的结果。
Through the study of Raman Spectrums of CIS Film, we will find out the relationship among the growing condition, the components ratio and the structure of the film. In our experiments we have used CuInSe2 film of different components to measure Raman Spectrums and found out some results which are different from what Yamanaka obtained.
