摘要
广东省第二人民医院运用科学发展观理论引领公立医院改革新思路,适应我国医药卫生体制改革发展新趋向,创建出:适应医药卫生体制改革趋向的公立医院法人治理机制,有效强化公立医院公益性的引导调控机制,充分发掘公立医院员工潜能的人力资源管理机制,逐步完善各类人员争优创先的激励机制,科学规范的绩效考核评价五大运行机制,取得了良好的效果。
Guangdong NO. 2 Provincial People' s Hospital eagerly anticipates how the public hospital can adapt the new trends of medicine and health system reform in our country, and according to the seientiflcal development view theory set up five big running mechanisms : public hospital legal person govern mechanism; effectively strengthening public welfare guidance and regulation mechanism; sttfficiently excavating the potential of hospital' s staff human resource management mechanism; gradually perfecting enthusiasm of each kind of personnel to fight for supior and ad- vance prompting mechanism; scientifically normative performance assess and evaluation mechanism.
