注射用炎琥宁治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染的疗效观察

OBSERVATION ON THE CURATIVE EFFECT OF PSPSI IN THE TREATMENT OF INFANT ACUTE UPPER RESPIRATORY TRACT INFECTIONS

目的探讨注射用炎琥宁(Potassium Sodium Pehydroandrographolide Succinate for Injection)治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染的临床疗效。方法将156例急性上呼吸道感染患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组86例给予注射用炎琥宁10 mg/(kg.d)加入5%葡萄糖注射液100～150 ml中静脉滴注,1次/d,疗程13 d。对照组70例给予利巴韦林10 mg/(kg.d)加入5%葡萄糖注射液100～150 ml中静脉滴注,1次/d,疗程3 d。观察患儿发热、鼻塞、流涕、咳嗽、打喷嚏、咽部充血、扁桃体肿大等症状及体征。结果治疗组86例中显效55例(63.95%)、好转25例(29.07%),总有效率为93.02%。对照组70例中显效29例(41.43%)、好转22例(31.43%),总有效率为72.86%。治疗组的总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论注射用炎琥宁治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染疗效好,显著优于利巴韦林,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To probe into the curative effect of Potassium Sodium Pehydroandrographolide Succihate for Injection （PSPSI） in the treatment of infant acute upper respiratory tract infections. Methods A total of 156 cases infant patients with upper respiratory tract infections were randomly divided into treatment group of 86 eases and control group of 70 cases. The PSPSI of 10 rag/（kgod） combined with 5% glucose injection of 100 - 150 ml was used by intravenous drip in the treatment group, one time a day and 3 days for a course of treatment. The Ribavirin of 10 mg/（kgod） combined with 5% glucose injection of 100 - 150 ml was used by intravenous drip in the control group, one time a day and 3 days for a course of treatment. The symptoms and signs, such as, fever, snuffle, cough, sneezing, throat congestion and tonsil swelling,were observed. Results Of 86 cases in treatment group,55 cases became effective （63. 950 ） and 25 cases became better （29.07%） and the total rate of effectiveness was 93.02%. And of 70 cases in control group,29 eases became effective （41.43%） and 22 cases became better （31.43%） and the total rate of effectiveness was 72. 86%. The total rate of effectiveness in treatment group was obviously higher than that in control group,in which the differences had statistic significance （p 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion It is effective for the PSPSI to treat the infant acute upper respiratory tract infections, which is absolutely better than Ribavirin and valuable for clinical popularization.
