摘要
目的:测定刺五加多糖的含量.方法:采用蒽酮-硫酸比色法,以葡萄糖作为为对照品,在620nm波长下测定吸光度,分别测定可溶性多糖和粗多糖的含量.结果:刺五加不同部位可溶性多糖含量分别为:根皮1.745%,茎皮4.210%,叶0.417%,叶柄5.069%.粗多糖含量分别为:根皮2.520%,茎皮2.934%,叶3.960%,叶柄4.144%.结论:刺五加不同部位多糖含量差别很大,茎皮中可溶性多糖和粗多糖均大于根皮,叶柄中可溶性多糖和粗多糖含量均最高.
Object: To determine the content of polysaccharides in Acanthopanax senticosus. Methods: The content of polysaccharides in Acanthopanax senticosus was determined by anthrone - vitriolic acid colorimetry. Glucose was control article. Wave length was 620nm. Results: The contents of soly polysaceharides in the different part of Acanthopanax senticosus were the root 1. 745% , the stem 4. 210%, the leafage 0. 417% , the leafstalk 5. 069%. Crude polysaccharides were the root 2. 520%, the stem 2. 934% , the leafage 3. 960%, the leafstalk 4. 144%. Conclusions: The content of polysaccharides in the different part of Acanthopanax senticosus was different. The content of soly polysaccharides and crude polysaccharides in the stem of Acant hopanax senticosus was higher than in the root. The content of soly polysaccharides and crude polysaccharides in the leafstalk was the highest.
