摘要
为了考察建筑垃圾再生集料生产混凝土空心砌块的可行性,对相关的关键技术进行了系统的研究。结合当前建筑垃圾的现状进行调研,提出了一种简单有效的建筑垃圾再生集料生产工艺,并测试了再生集料的基本性能。结合再生集料的特点,论述了再生集料混凝土空心砌块的成型工艺,并对再生集料空心砌块的抗压强度进行了系统的试验研究。试验结果表明,通过优化配合比设计,再生集料混凝土空心砌块可以获得理想的抗压强度。在此基础上,做掺加粉煤灰和纤维试验,进一步探讨了粉煤灰取代水泥对空心砌块抗压强度的影响以及掺加聚丙烯纤维对再生集料空心砌块抗裂和保温性能的改善。研究表明,利用建筑垃圾生产再生集料配制混凝土空心砌块在技术上可行,而且可以获得良好的环境和经济效益。
To investigate the applicability of producing concrete hollow blocks with recycled aggregates made from construction and demolition wastes, the important technologies involved are studied in this paper. Based on the information about the current states on the construction and demolition wastes, a simple and efficient recycling technology is proposed. The fundamental properties of the recycled aggregates from this recycling process are determined. Through taking account into the distinct feathers of the recycled aggregates, a production process for concrete hollow blocks with recycled aggregates is developed. The compressive strength of the concrete hollow blocks is investigated. The test results indicate with suitable mix design, ideal compressive strength can be achieved. The influence of replacing cement with fly ash on the compressive strength and the improvement of the crack-resistance and the thermal insulation of the concrete hollow blocks made from recycled aggregates through using fibers is also discussed. The research validates the production of concrete hollow blocks with recycled aggregates from construction and demolition wastes on the technical level.
