地特胰岛素减少体重增加机制浅析
摘要
1922年Banting成功提纯胰岛素至今已八十多年。胰岛素挽救了众多糖尿病患者的生命。诸多大型临床试验也相继证实了胰岛素强化治疗的益处，千百万糖尿病患者受益于外源性胰岛素治疗。但不可否认，由于无法修复和重现机体生理状态下胰岛素介导的血糖平衡，胰岛素治疗也存在着一些问题，其中最突出的是低血糖和体重增加。
