特殊形状制件的钻孔工装设计

摘要 以转向横拉杆臂为例,介绍了该此零件的加工工艺和夹具设计。由于该零件具有体积小、零件复杂的特点,且面比孔易加工。因此,在制定工艺规程时,先加工面,再以面为基准进行其它加工工序。其中各工序夹具都采用专用夹具,并以操作简单的夹紧方式夹紧。该机构设计简单方便且能满足使用要求,减少了加工时间,提高了工作效率。 This design is to shift arm horizontal rod as an example, rich components of the processing craft and the jig design, its components have the volume to be small, components complex characteristic. Because the surface is easier than the hole to process, when formulation technological process, first the machined surface, then processes other take the surface as the datum, in which various working procedures jig all uses the unit clamp, and operates the simple clamp way clamp, its organization design is simple, the convenience also can satisfy the request, so that the whole course of processing to be conducted in a way of time-saving and efficiency-increasing.
