With the popularization of computer technology, more and more criminals store their archival documents and financial statements in computer in the form of word files. This paper presents how to obtain the writer＇s information and time stamp according to the requirement and method of electronic obtaining of evidence so as to provide technological support to help public security organs strike crimes effectively.
