摘要
由对溴苯酚和苯甲酰氯合成新化合物:5-溴-2-羟基苯基苯甲酮.通过X射线单晶衍射对该化合物进行晶体结构的表征.研究表明,该酮为单斜晶系,空间群为P2(1)/c,晶胞学数据:a=1.595 10(18)nm,α=90°,b=0.589 56(6)nm,β=106.166(2)°,c=1.212 60(14)nm,γ=90°.V=1.095 2(2)nm3,Z=4,μ=3.733mm-1,Dc=1.681mg/m3,F(000)=552,R1=0.029 3[I>2sigma(I)],wR2=0.072 5(all data).
The (5-bromo-2-hydroxyphenyl) (phenyl)methanone was synthesized by the reaction of 4-bromophenol and benzoyl chloride . The compound was eonfired by X-ray crystal structure determination. The crystal is monoclinic, space group P2 ( 1 ) / e, cell data are as follows :a=1.595 10(18)nm,α=90°,b=0.589 56(6)nm,β=106.166(2)°,c=1.212 60(14)nm,γ=90°.V=1.095 2(2)nm3,Z=4,μ=3.733mm-1,Dc=1.681mg/m3,F(000)=552,R1=0.029 3[I〉2sigma(I)],wR2=0.072 5(all data).
