本文以和政县中小学为调查对象,通过对当地音乐课程资源开发利用状况的抽样调查、数据统计与分析,提出了在经济条件相对落后的西部贫困地区如何更好地开发和利用音乐课程资源的对策和建议。

According to the sample survey, data statistics and analysis on the development and utilization of the local music course resources in ＇the primary and secondary school in Hezheng county, the paper provides some measures and suggestions on how to develop and utilize music course resources better in the western poverty areas with the relatively poor economic condition.
