我国电阻应变式压力传感器质量现状调研

An Analysis of Quality of Resistor Stress-type Pressure Sensors Made in China and Proposals forCountermeasure

1998年第一季度,中国有色金属工业总公司机电产品质量监督检测中心(以下简称“中心”)受国家技术监督局的委托,对我国电阻应变式压力传感器进行了第一次国家监督抽查.本文即是由该中心的高展、刘天明两位同志根据此次抽查结果所做了一个基本的调研报告,对现阶段我国电阻应变式压力传感器的质量情况、质量特点以及存在问题进行了分析,并多方面剖析了产生问题的症结,针对性地提出一些解决措施.文章的观点代表中心的观点,对电阻应变式压力传感器的生产厂家、用户、领导机构都具有一定的参考价值.

An analysis of present situation, features and shortcomings of resistor stress-type pressure sensors made in China is made in this paper, which is based on the first random sampling conducted by the National Products Quality Supervision Organization, Meanwhile, the crux of the quality problems from technology to equipment management etc. is analyzed ,and some corresponding measures for solving these problems are put forward to . This paper has some inspiration and reference value to manufacturers and users of resistor stress-type pressure sensors, and other industrial department.
