口腔溃疡患者唾液溶菌酶水平的研究

Research On The Level of Saliva Lysozyme in Patients With Oral ulcer

目的探讨口腔溃疡患者发病期唾液溶菌酶的水平,了解唾液溶菌酶浓度与口腔溃疡发病的关系。方法以正常人为参照,采用酶联火箭电泳法测定无全身系统疾病的口腔溃疡患者的唾液溶菌酶水平。结果口腔溃疡患者发作期唾液溶菌酶活性明显低于正常对照组。结论唾液溶菌酶活性下降与口腔溃疡的发病呈正相关。

Objective To investigate the level of lysozyme in saliVa in the patients with ictal oral ulcers, as well as to understand the relationship between salivary lysozyme concentrations and the incidence of oral ulcers. Method The level of 1 ysozyme in saliva in patients with oral ulcers and the normal control were determined by enzyme - 1 inked rocket immune electrophoresis assay. Results Oral ulcers in patients with ictal saliva lysozyme activity was significantly lower than in control group. Conclusion Declining of the lysozyme activity in saliva was positively correlated with oral ulcer Incidence.
