L-Asp/chitin复合膜诱导羟基磷灰石研究

摘要 目的通过仿生模拟方法提高复合材料对羟基磷灰石的诱导能力。方法在几丁质薄膜表面修饰一定浓度的天冬氨酸分子,将复合膜放入36.5℃的SCS溶液中经过一定时间诱导羟基磷灰石的结晶。结果诱导产生的羟基磷灰石晶体数量随着天冬氨酸浓度的增加而增加。结论利用天冬氨酸修饰的几丁质膜具有良好的诱导羟基磷灰石的能力。 Objective To enhance the capability of inducing hydroxyapatite with composite materials using bio - mimetic methods. Method The L - aspartic acid was modified on the chitin membrane to form the bio - composite materials, which was then immersed into SCS at 36.5℃ to induce the hydroxyapatite growth. Results The mount of hydroxyapatite was increased with the concentrate of L - aspartic acid increment. Conclusion The L - aspartic acid modified chitin shows high inducing capability of hydroxyapatite.
